User Story

As a developer, I want to use resizable listbox headers in a right-to-left page, if the user's language requires it.

Currently, setting dir="ltr" on DOM container or in CSS will properly reverse the direction of the Listbox (default browser handling), but the Listbox resizing anchors are not modified accordingly.
