The scale of y axis is different after importing a chart

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. load attached file with zssapp 3.6.0
      2. click the sheet "fin_charts"

      Actual Result

      The 2 charts on the left top corner have different scale of y axis from original charts in Excel. The charts in Excel use percentage, but zss uses decimal number.
