1. select a cell with validation and copy it
   • use attachment file validation.xlsx
2. select other cell for copying later
3. click paste speciall and show the dialog
4. select validation and ok
5. the target cell still has no validation setting

Even use normal copy/paste (it's fully copy), the result is the same.
Only number range type validation can be pasted, but pasted result is still wrong (type has been changed to date range)
