Problem Description:

if you merged cells vertically, you must click inside the area of first cell to select the merged cell, clicking at other position cannot select the merged cell.

Reproducing Steps:

1. select 7 cells vertically, say A1 ~ A7
2. click "merge & center"
3. click position at A2 ~ A7 cannot select this merged cell. Only click A1 can select the merged.
