You can reproduce this on your own website in the demo for zk spreadsheet.
Simply select a row to freeze preferably row 10 under the menu.
When the row has been frozen, try clicking on a row above and below the frozen row.
Any rows below the frozen row is highlightable. Any row above is not.
Although the row is still editable, it gives the impression to users that the row is not editable.
