For huge datasets, it would be useful if we could disable the input box on the paging component. Currently, we can use CSS to disable the LAST arrow on a paging component via CSS. However, there's no way to use CSS to disable the input box.

We have huge datasets where the model getSize() is often not known until they hit the end, and where we would like to force the user to page through one at a time, or to use a new selection criteria rather than trying to jump to the N-th page.
