      Description

      Steps to Reproduce

      Open fiddle page:
      http://zkfiddle.org/sample/fjm233/1-column-sync-zoom
Set browser zoom level > 150%
      Run fiddle
      zoom back to 100%
      Scroll to rightmost position

      Current Result

The body scroll further than the header, causing header / column to de-sync

      Expected Result

Body and header should stay synced

      Debug Info

When browser is zoomed, the "-bar" header which should reserve scroll space based on the width of the vertical scrollbar has a width of 0px. This seem to be the reason for the de-sync on rightmost position.
