Froze scrolling problem

      Frozen part scroll in IE9 (9.0.38112.16421) works in one direction.
      Scrolling to right work fine, but scrolling back to the left don't work.
      Reproducible in current ZK demo with frozen part http://www.zkoss.org/zkdemo/grid/spreadsheet_functionalities
      Just open in IE9 and try scroll to right and to left.
      Would be nice to get work around for ZK 7.0.3 if possible.
